Meritocracy entra a far parte di Openjobmetis
Openjobmetis ha acquisito il 100% del capitale di Coverclip S.r.l., società proprietaria di Meritocracy, piattaforma internet specializzata nella ricerca e selezione delle professionalità legate all'innovazione e al mondo digitale che utilizza componenti di Intelligenza Artificiale per le fasi di matching delle posizioni lavorative. Questa operazione si inserisce nel percorso di Open Innovation, condotto in collaborazione con Mind the Bridge allo scopo di aumentare l’innovazione dei processi interni.
Openjobmetis è stata assistita da K Finance (Clairfield Italy), come advisor, con Filippo Guicciardi e Paola Quadri, dallo studio Avvocati di Impresa per la parte legale, con Alberto Calvi di Coenzo e Rosanna Frischetto, e per le due diligence da Engineering Ingegneria Informatica SpA e dallo Studio Luisetti & Sterchele e C. Srl.

Openjobmetis acquires Meritocracy
Openjobmetis acquired 100% of Coverclip S.r.l., the company behind Meritocracy, the Italian digital internet platform for the job recruitment of professional skills related to innovation and digital world, with the goal of embedding and developing Artificial Intelligence in the current job searches and matching activities. The deal is the result of a collaboration initiated 2-years ago with Mind the Bridge. Mind the Bridge helped Openjobmetis to structure the newborn Open Innovation unit, announced at the Star Conference in Borsa Italiana last March with a goal of nurturing innovation inside Openjobmetis and finding new strategic opportunities with startups.
Openjobmetis was assisted by K Finance (Clairfield Italy - Filippo Guicciardi and Paola Quadri) as advisor, by Avvocati di Impresa (Alberto Calvi di Coenzo and Rosanna Frischetto) for the legal part and by Engineering Ingegneria Informatica SpA and Studio Luisetti & Sterchele e C. Openjobmetis ottiene il riconoscimento Cribis Prime Company
Per il secondo anno consecutivo Openjobmetis consegue il riconoscimento 'Cribis Prime Company' assegnato da Cribis D&B, la società specializzata nella fornitura di business information su imprese italiane ed estere.
Il rating CRIBIS Prime Company è un riconoscimento di grande valore che testimonia un elevato livello di affidabilità nelle relazioni commerciali.
Basato sul CRIBIS D&B Rating, un indicatore dinamico e costantemente aggiornato sull'affidabilità dell’azienda presa in considerazione, tale riconoscimento viene assegnato a circa l’8% delle aziende italiane. Tra gli indici del rating, si segnala in particolare, il miglioramento di oltre il 15%, della massima esposizione consigliata per le transazioni commerciali che si basa sulle caratteristiche dell’azienda, della sua rischiosità e del settore in cui opera.

For the second consecutive year, Openjobmetis achieves the 'Cribis Prime Company' award assigned by Cribis D&B, the company specialized in providing business information for Italian and foreign companies.
The CRIBIS Prime Company rating is a recognition of great value that attests a high level of reliability in commercial relations.
It is based on the CRIBIS D&B Rating, i.e. a dynamic indicator constantly updated on the reliability of the company taken into consideration, and it is assigned to about 8% of Italian companies. Among the rating indexes, it is important to highlight the improvement of over 15% of the maximum recommended exposure for commercial transactions, which is based on the characteristics of the company, on the characteristics of its riskiness and on the sector in which the company operates.
